                                 Engaging Your Audience Through DISC  
This workshop applies the principles of DISC Behavior Style Analysis to communication.  DISC is the four quadrant behavioral model based on the work of William Moulton Marston Ph.D.   to examine the behavior of individuals in their environment or within a specific situation. DISC focuses on the styles and preferences of such behavior.  Participants are encouraged to complete the popular DISC Assessment on-line (compliments of Atlanta Chapter RIMS) to increase awareness of their strengths, their challenges and how they are perceived by others.  They will learn how to recognize behavior style differences so they can customize their communication style, not their message, to engage and impact their audience.
